Exchange / Return Policy for Vintage

At this time we are unable to accept returns for vintage pieces. Due to their vintage nature, they may come with some wear from being loved by their previous owner. For this reason, please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have an inquiry about your order please email:contact@leboudoirlosangeles.com

Exchange / Return Policy for New Brands 

We do accept unworn, unwashed pieces (with the exception of bottoms) that still have tags on for exchange or store credit within a 14-day window. We may not have the stock availability to exchange sizes, in which case we can only offer store credit.

All underwear, bodysuits (including full body harnesses) and swim bottoms are final sale. For items specifically sold as sets (tops & bottoms), we can offer a size exchange for the top only. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for different items if the set includes bottoms.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. All domestic packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.

Le Boudoir Los Angeles is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your package. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

Item Care

We find that the best way to preserve the life of most vintage items is to wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang dry.
